At Magic Methods, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, it’s important to understand the nature of magic products:
Magic Tricks and Secrets
Every magic trick relies on a secret method. Once you’ve learned the secret, you’ve received the full value of the trick or product. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on videos, books, or magic tricks. We strongly recommend you know what you’re buying. Defective Products
If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly replace it with an identical item. If you encounter any problems with a trick, feel free to reach out to us at Info@MagicMethods.com or 704-827-1135—we’re happy to help.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange all or part of your order, provided the item is not listed as non-returnable, we will be happy to replace it within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Please note the following:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us first at Info@MagicMethods.com or 704-827-1135 before returning any product to discuss the issue and get our approval.
- You may return any unused and unopened tangible item in its original condition for store credit, minus restocking fees and any shipping charges. For example, a DVD or book must still have the original shrink wrap intact.
- Sales of digital media (streaming content, PDFs, downloads), VHS tapes, and DVDs are final.
- All special sale items and discounted products are final sales.
- Items marked as "Used" are sold "As Is" and are not returnable for any reason.
- Some items on our website and in our showroom are non-returned and these items are marked or noted on the website as such.
Note on Products We Wholesale to Other Vendors for Resale
We cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from us, even if they were published or manufactured by Magic Methods. If you bought a product from another online shop, retail store, magic dealer, distributor, or vendor, please return it to them directly. They will contact us if necessary regarding defects, etc.
